Yes. We serve Chennai and surrounding areas within 50 km at no extra charge. For destinations beyond that, travel and accommodation costs are quoted separately based on your event location and team size required.

Absolutely — that is what we are built for. Most clients book a combination of makeup, mehandi, draping, and catering. Bundling services under one coordinator simplifies planning and often reduces overall cost compared to hiring separate vendors.

How does pricing work?

Every celebration is unique, so we provide custom quotes after understanding your event type, guest count, services needed, and date. Starting prices are listed on each service page — final quotes are shared after a consultation with a transparent breakdown. There are no fixed packages required — you choose only what you need.

How long does mehandi last?

Our natural henna typically develops over 24–48 hours and lasts 1–2 weeks depending on skin type and aftercare. We provide detailed aftercare instructions and recommend scheduling mehandi 1–2 days before your main function for the richest colour.

Do you offer bridal makeup trials?

Yes. We strongly recommend a trial 2–4 weeks before your wedding. During the trial, we test looks, products, and timing so there are no surprises on your big day. Trial sessions are scheduled separately and quoted as part of your bridal package.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. Cancellations made 30+ days before your event receive a full refund of any deposit minus a small administrative fee. Within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled date within six months, subject to availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and cash. A 30% deposit secures your date, with the balance due one week before the event. For large wedding bookings, we can arrange a flexible payment schedule — just ask during your consultation.
